1 Timothy 2:13

13For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve.

Paul’s teaching about women here does not come from a cultural perspective nor is it based on circumstances in the Ephesus church. Paul is clear about why he is writhing this and gives the reason why he writes what he does about women. Paul’s writes what he writes because of the scripture. Paul is saying that this was the intent of God at the creation of mankind before sin entered the world as seen in scripture. Man was created first for a reason. And woman was created second for a reason. Their roles in the church come from God’s design.
