1 Corinthians 11:5
for she is one and the same as the woman whose head is , hairshaved. 6For if a woman does not cover her head, let her also have her hair cut off; but if it is disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, let her cover her head.
Paul here is equating the lack of a head covering as being the same as being shaved, and if she is to not wear a veil then the woman should then be shaved.
- What about the Nazarite vow which was for both women and men?

1 Corinthians 11:5
5But every woman who has her head uncovered while praying or prophesying disgraces her head,
A woman is called to come under the covering of manhood and to embrace it. A woman is not to take a place of authority.
- Paul is plainly saying that a man who does not wear something on her head disgraces her head. Is this the woman’s own head or is it man, who is the woman’s head, that she is disgracing? Is head covering something that must be done, today?
